About Our On-Site Service
At Redbarn Smokehouse, we handle every aspect of your catering experience. Our team arrives one hour before your event to set up and serve. With one to two serving lines, guests can help themselves to sides while our staff cuts and serves meats. We provide exceptional service during our allotted time and clean up our area afterward. Please note, we don't bus tables or take trash.
*Please note that all pricing below is an estimate based on our standard "baseline" quote of Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausage (1/2lb of meat per person total), 2 Sides, 1 Dessert, and Gratuity. This pricing is not exact, but rather an estimate. If you decide to move forward with Redbarn, we will work up a more accurate quote for your needs.
